Adding a skin to your homescreen:
1. Add a UCCW widget
2. Select Effing Weather from the list.
3. Then tap the hand icon to load the skin.
4. Enjoy

If the weather doesn't seem to be updating try rebooting the device.

I created this app as beepingweather had only a few sayings and many wanted features. Credit for the idea goes to him which he then gives to someone else. :)
